The impressive red sandstone facade of the temple standing at the eastern end of Chandni Chowk, faces the Red Fort. Digambar Jain Mandir was built in 1656 and contains an image of Adinath. Traditionally, Jain monks of Digambara, or sky Clad, sect wore no garments. The Jain monks of the Digambara sect run the interesting bird hospital here. entry here is free but donations are gratefully accepted.
