Indira Gandhi Memorial Museum was formerly the residence of late Prime Minister of India Smt. Indira Gandhi at Safdarjang Road. The crystal plaque in the garden, flanked constantly by two soldiers protects a few brown spots of Mrs.Gandhi's blood where she fell after being shot by two of her Sikh bodyguards in December 1984.
