Pather Masjid Information, Srinagar
Pather Masjid is a distance of about 6 kms from Srinagar. This stone mosque is in the heart of the city opposite the Shah Hamdan Mosque. It was built for the empress Noor Jahan and renamed as Shahi Mosque. It was mainly reserved for the prayers of Shia Muslims.
